Switching to cooking with gas

This spring we finally switched all our cooking installations in the kitchen from firewood to gas. After the cooks received a training on how to use the gas, they now can cook on two big gas stoves, that were tailor- made for us. This is not only beneficial to the cook’s health but also drastically decreases smoke exposure, increases the speed of cooking and decreases the monthly costs.
